Our Ready-to-Build items typically will ship out on the next business day. For all Made-to-Order items, it typically takes about four to six weeks from the date a neck or body is ordered before it is ready to ship. Allow a minimum of two additional weeks for more custom items such as bodies with laminated top or bound bodies and necks. Lead time for fully custom items will vary and an estimated timeline will be given at the time the order is accepted. Our turn-around times do vary throughout the year, so give us a call or shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can get you a more accurate time frame. Estimates are for production timelines only. You will need to allow additional time for shipping, which will vary depending on your location. We strive to complete all orders within the estimated time frame; however, sometimes circumstances beyond our control can cause delays. As with any custom, handcrafted instrument, your patience is much appreciated. Please visit our Policies page for more information.
We uses United Parcel Services (UPS) for most shipments within the United States and the United States Postal Services (USPS) for all international shipments. For most domestic locations, please allow at least one week for transit, unless a faster shipping method was requested. International customers should allow at least two weeks for transit to most destinations.
Currently, we are not able to ship goods containing certain materials outside the United States due to CITES regulations. International customers interested in rosewood (any species) or shell inlay (including paua abalone and mother of pearl) will need to select from our alternative material options. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about these options.
While we can ship to third party recipients (any persons who are not the original purchaser) upon request, it is not recommended. Doing so will void your warranty as you are responsible for verifying the receipt of your purchased items. Please visit our Policies page for more information.
